Pot-plant moisture meter

<work in progress>

This project was a quick hack a of a "pound shop" style garden light, to make a solar powered moisture meter that provides an audible reminder when the house plants need watering.

The basic approach was to use the solar cell to power an Atmel ATtiny micro, which would monitor soil resistance through two copper wire probes, and drive a piezo element to signal when the soil was too dry.
